Who we are
This website, sailfishwaterco.com, is run by Sailfish Water Co LLC, a residential water treatment company based in Port St. Lucie, Florida. You can reach us at jstancher@sailfishwaterco.com or 772-777-8753.
What we collect
When you fill out the water test request form, we receive what you enter:
- Your name, phone number and, if you give it, your email address
- Your address or city
- Your water source and anything you tell us you’re noticing
- Any notes you add
The form also records which page you sent it from and when.
Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically logs basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. This is used to run and protect the site.
We don’t use advertising cookies or tracking pixels on this site.
How we use it
- To contact you about your water test request and set up a time
- To answer questions you send us
- To keep records of the requests and work we do for you
We don’t sell your information, and we don’t share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Who else handles it
We use a small number of service providers to run our business. Our website and form are hosted by Netlify, and our email runs on Google Workspace. They handle your information only to provide those services to us. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as we need it to respond to you, serve you as a customer and keep normal business records.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email jstancher@sailfishwaterco.com and we’ll take care of it. If you no longer want us to contact you, tell us and we’ll stop.
Children
This site is for homeowners and isn’t directed at children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we’ll post the new version on this page and update the effective date above.
